You will go past lovely houses and gardens, including the historic Three Bricks (whaling captain mansions) on your way to Town. Car not necessary as it is an easy 5 minute walk to downtown where shops, grocery and ferry are located. This is a quiet area with just 8 homes. Nice summer community with minimal traffic. On-street parking for a car.  Private front entrance and yard is surrounded by tall privet hedges.  Private garden with a blue stone patio, small table and two chairs with umbrella. Peaceful spot is ideal for morning coffee.. Two additional chairs.  Outside shower on patio (not enclosed) for rinsing off from the beach. Living room with three cozy chairs, coffee table, TV, desk area with drawers. Bookshelves, storage cabinet and Wi-Fi. Gas heat Renai. Working fireplace in living room.
