Holly Ruth Finigan excels at connecting people with the best that Nantucket has to offer. She took her love of print and digital marketing and her expertise of the island and joined the real estate community at Maury People Sotheby’s International Realty.
As a trusted resource on the island, Holly has a serious love for serving the community. From 2005 to 2014, she tended bar at various Nantucket hotspots like LoLa 41, Dune and Ventuno. In 2012, she launched The Nantucket blACKbook as the online guide for Nantucket built on advocacy over advertising. For eight years, she became well known for her social media platforms that told followers the inside scoop on restaurants, retail and real estate.
In 2020, Holly evolved her company @TheNantucketblACKbook into @HappyPlaceNantucket. Believing in the resounding spirit of Nantucket, Holly also partnered with summer residents Katie Norton & Jeanna Atchinson and created the next generation in ACK restaurant guides with the Nantucket Dining Sourcebook.
Alongside serving as an agent at Maury People Sotheby’s International Realty, you can find Holly leading meditation and consciousness work at Monarch. With a passion for the written word, she is currently finishing her memoir.
Finally, Holly is a firm believer that Nantucket is truly a happy place because of the extraordinary community that lives here and she is honored to be part of the Grey Lady.
