Sotheby’s International Realty Times Square Campaign

Whether it's Main Street, Nantucket or Times Square, New York the iconic Sotheby's Brand projects worldwide recognition and prestige

For the past 2 months a series of Video Instants, made popular by the brand campaign on the Wall Street Journal and our affiliate and agent social media channels, has played on two large screens on the northeast corner of 42nd street and 7th avenue. The screens total 1,914 sq. ft. of viewing area, measuring 53’ H x 20’ W (vertical screen) and 22’ H x 34’ W (horizontal screen). The ads play twice per hour, 21 hours per day, in an area where an estimated 1.5 million people pass by every day.

New York City is a global commerce hub and as such has been the #1 referral market in the Sotheby’s International Realty® network for many years. In the past five years alone, more than US $630 Million in referrals were placed from New York City - to markets as diverse as New Zealand, Italy, and Japan, and across the US from Seattle to Miami.
