Floor 1: Front deck entry into the mudroom and laundry area with two sets of washers and dryers perfect for oceanfront living. To the right of the entry are two bedrooms and a hall bathroom (tub/shower). To the left of the entry is the master bedroom with bath. The open kitchen, living, and dining area, which are anchored by a fireplace, offer beautiful views of the beach dunes and ocean and open onto two separate deck areas with plenty of space for dining al fresco in the sea breeze.
