The Kensington House on upper Main is located in one of the most ideal spots on the island and makes downtown shopping, dining out, and everything in between a breeze. First floor: Enter the open plan Kitchen / Living room with gas fireplace and wall-mounted Smart VT. At the top of the basement stairs is a full Bath with glass shower, which accommodates the lower level bedroom. At the rear of the house is a second living room with TV, dining for 6 people, and large glass doors to the side deck with attractive seating.

Second floor: There are two king bedrooms, and the third bedroom has two twin sized beds on the second floor. One king bedroom has a private bath with a glass shower. The second king bedroom and the twin bedroom both share a hall bath with tub/shower.

Lower level: A double bunk room provides ample extra sleeping space and the workout/meditation/TV room provides yet a third space for the whole family. The bathroom for this sleeping area is located at the top of the stairs on the first floor.
