Morgan Winn officially became the third generation to join her family’s real estate business after attending Montana State University, but she’s been immersed in it for as long as she can remember. From a young age, her grandmother, Sharon Doucette, founder of Maury People, and her father, Gary Winn, owner and broker, involved her in the real estate world, teaching her the values of hard work and honesty essential to succeed in the Nantucket market.

Growing up on Nantucket and graduating from Nantucket High School have given Morgan an authentic understanding of the island that can't be achieved any other way. Her strong connections and deep knowledge of Nantucket’s real estate market have helped her close numerous successful transactions since joining Maury People Sotheby’s International Realty. But Morgan doesn’t just rely on her heritage; she’s establishing herself as a skilled agent and emerging leader in the family business.

Though Nantucket is Morgan’s first love, she has a passion for the Rocky Mountains—particularly Telluride, CO, and Bozeman, MT—where as an avid skier, enjoys the snow with her family. Closer to home, she’s often found on the water fishing or near the Main Street office with her dog Nelly, whom she recently adopted from Nantucket Island Safe Harbor for Animals.
