All visitors entering Massachusetts, including returning residents, except from low-risk states above, are required to:

1. Complete and submit online the Massachusetts Travel Form  prior to arrival; and
2. Produce a negative COVID-19 test result that has been taken no longer than 72-hours prior to your arrival in Massachusetts OR quarantine for 14 days. If your COVID-19 test result has not been received prior to arrival, visitors, and residents must quarantine until they receive a negative test result.

Visitors are strongly urged to obtain a negative result before traveling to Massachusetts.
