In addition, the home is part of the Tom Nevers East HOA and you have access to the nearby community tennis courts. The interior in newly refinished, including fresh paint and new furnishings. First Floor: The entryway has access to a first floor living area with French doors to the right leading to a den, with books, games, a tv, and desk for working from home.  The den has a comfortable queen size futon.  The first floor also has a full bath, and an open kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including a Viking gas range. Sliders from the kitchen and dining area lead to the second floor deck with stairs to the backyard. The living room has large windows and a mini-split unit that provides air conditioning for the lower level living areas. There is a large, ensuite primary bedroom (king bed) on this level with two closets and a bathroom with a tub/shower.  Second Floor: The second floor has two large bedrooms with great pastoral views. They share a full bath with a tub/shower. Lower Level: The lower level has the fourth bedroom, with a king bed and its own full bathroom, along with a finished second living area, offering additional social space.  The ground floor also contains a mudroom/laundry facilities with a walk-out to the lower deck, outdoor shower and backyard. Pets are welcome here.  The yard is fenced in, and there are food/water dishes, a jar of treats, and an extra-large dog crate for use if needed.  The driveway is large with ample parking.
