Master ensuite bedroom with his/hers bathrooms, new distressed pinewood floors, his and hers closets, flat screen TV and ensuite washer and dryer. Guest bedroom on 1st floor has a king bed and full bathroom with shower.

Second Floor: The second floor has a king bedroom with ensuite shower/tub combo bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a shower.

Guest Cottage: Open living space on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms; one with a King, one with a Queen and one with a set of Twins. There are two full bathrooms.

The beach is a 1/2 mile walk from the house down Eel Point Road to the head of  Eel Point Beach Road.
