The kitchen is open to a dining area which has French doors leading out to a nice-sized yard, deck, fire pit and patio. A large outdoor shower is enclosed by mature plantings with plenty of privacy. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and windows collect natural light, creating a bright and sunny space. On the other side of the kitchen is a half bath, large pantry.  The first floor primary bedroom has ample closet space and a private en-suite bath with a double vanity, glass enclosed shower and a separate bathing tub.

Additionally, the lower level has an unfinished multi-purpose area that includes a second washer and dryer, ping pong table, arcade game table and sofa/chair seating.

A double kayak and three bikes are available for renters to use and can be found in the backyard shed along with beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and other beach gear.
