Wide open and nearly unobstructed views stretch from Hither Creek across Madaket Harbor all the way to Eel Point from the upper level of this Madaket upside down house. The sunsets will never cease to astonish, and change daily. The Madaket Harbor mooring field beach is only .2 miles away down a small sand road, and beautiful 40th Pole beach is .5 miles away up and over the dunes beyond the end of Warrens Landing Road. This charming beach home has been partially renovated and completely refurnished during the last off-season - including refinished hardwood floors, a complete interior repainting, the installation of central Heat/AC, and all-new interior/exterior furnishings.
The interior layout features King, Queen, and Twin Bunks downstairs - and a Queen bedroom upstairs. There are three full baths, one of which is completely en-suite (downstairs King) and one of which is partially en-suite (upstairs Queen). There is a new TV and high-speed internet, with Verizon service for both. A related sound bar features a connection for your smart phone (for music). The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a marvelous new Weber Genesis gas grill.
44 Warrens Landing Road is casual and comfortable, and the views create a unique bond with nature and the ocean. With nearly 200 acres of conservation land as your “neighbor" to the West and South, there is a degree of solitude that is often unavailable in Town on in some of the busier neighborhoods. Relax, unwind, and watch the boats go by.
