Enter from quaint Broadway street and there's a dining room to the left with the perfect little cook's kitchen and an outside dining patio accessible from the dining room and kitchen. To the right of the front door is a living room, and tv nook, bedroom with full bed & twin bed, bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bath.  The bathroom has a shower and stackable washer/dryer.  Upstairs is a bedroom with a trundle (2 twins) with views of the Atlantic.  

On the other side of the house adjacent to the kitchen with coffee bar there is a full bathroom.  Upstairs, there is a private, air conditioned Queen bedroom with closet, love seat and views of the ocean and a convenient 1/2 bath.
