First Floor: The spacious, light-filled, open floor plan features a kitchen with a gas range, as well as living and dining areas, all facing the ocean for breathtaking views. The dining area opens to a large deck overlooking the ocean, with two outdoor dining areas and two seating areas. The first floor offers three guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One of the guest rooms has sliders to the deck for outstanding ocean views. There are two full hall baths for the three guest bedrooms. Second Floor: A second-floor primary suite (queen) with a private bath and an office area, and a private deck offering sweeping views of the ocean. Lower Level: The lower level opens to a large living space with comfortable seating for 12 people and a TV. There are two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, that share a full hall bath. There is a laundry room and a half bath. Three of the four full bathrooms and the half bath all have Carrera marble floors and vanity tops. Tenants may use the owner's beach umbrellas, deck umbrellas, beach chairs, paddle boards, and boogie boards. The house has Starlink Wifi 400 Mbps as well as MiFi backup.
