This two-story cottage is located on Head of Plains Road, a very quiet thoroughfare, on two acres of land. The lower porch provides plenty of shade, and cool breezes add to the sense of peace and tranquility. Conveniently located near the front door is an outdoor shower. Downstairs, a foyer leads to a living room with a gas fireplace, dining area and beautiful kitchen. The dining area/kitchen seats up to 8 people. Off the living room is a small den with a fold out love seat that sleeps one. Sliders from every room make accessing the porch very easy. A half-bath on the first floor also houses the laundry. The second floor has two identical bedrooms, with king-sized beds, each with an on-suite bathroom. The views from the second floor are astounding, from the great expanse of land that surrounds the house to unobstructed ocean vistas 180 degrees. A large protected deck in front of each bedroom rounds out the picture.  There are very light on window treatments in this house, because it is so private.  Bring your eye mask if you like dark rooms for sleeping!
