Fabulous for families, there's a stunning secret sandy beach only 100" across the street, down our right-of-way path to swim, picnic, SUP & sail. Community Tennis & Sailing at the Jetties Beach is a short 5 minute walk down our beach. Walking to Town takes 15 minutes. Views of Great Point Lighthouse from the front deck sectional, and water views from 4 of the bedrooms upstairs at this preferred spot on Brant Point. Summer House style with the look -think Greydon House- that Nantucket is famous for. New luxury linens and mattresses; and all new appliances in the well-stocked kitchen. Huge Frame TV with SONOS. Second Floor Description

There are five lovely bedrooms upstairs, and most bedrooms have views of the harbor: a King, two Queens, two Twin bedrooms, plus two full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. One is shared between the King and a Twin. Each bedroom upstairs has it's very own vintage sink from the 1920's which makes for extra privacy in the mornings. The 6 Bedrooms sleep 12 very comfortably. Convenient Oil-based heaters and silk and down duvets are used to warm bedrooms in the shoulder seasons. A/C via window units should you need them beyond the Nantucket air.

First Floor Description

There's a newly renovated Queen bedroom suite on the first floor with full bath, which can be closed off from rest of house with separate entrance to the garden making a good couples' lair, or an au pair / nanny's quarters, or a working-from-home office.
