The main house boasts a unique design flooded with natural light and views enjoyed from the gourmet kitchen and spacious living room featuring partial cathedral ceilings ,a 52+ inch television, and a brick fireplace. The dining area offers easy access to the outdoor living space with a teak sundeck with seating and a grill overlooking a well-manicured lawn and garden. Laundry room is equipped with a top of the line washer dryer. In the kitchen, Thermador 4 burner gas, GE microwave and an island complete a terrific gathering spot. Bar seating opens to the dining area with two high-top chairs. And for overflow, there is a floating area with a bar sink and that extra glass storage that every islander needs. For cooler fall months, a cozy and charming heated shiplap sunroom off the kitchen with customized built-ins and exposed beams. A master wing features a separate large closet outside of the bedroom, a King bed, his & hers walk-in closet and a double vanity bathroom. The pool cabana has a living room, fireplace pull out queen sofa bed, kitchen area and bathroom.  Outdoor shower. 

Second Floor: The serene second level boasts 3 bedrooms (2 Queens,  one bunk bed 2 twins) in addition to a large bright and airy common space outfitted with a communal deck for all. 'The Hutch' is a newly constructed studio saddled between the garage/studio and main house. Offering a space for guests to enjoy independently while being in close proximity to main house. Spacious and bright with a front covered porch and outdoor shower.  Full bathroom with tiled shower and glass enclosure. Queen bed + Queen pull out-sofa perfect for overflow or private couple suite. Ample closets and coffee bar with sink and cabinetry. Fully heated and air conditioned. Outdoor shower.
