First Floor: Mudroom entry with washer & dryer; first floor bunkroom with two sets of bunks (2 singles & 2 queens); slider with yard access and ocean views plus a private bath with a tub & shower. Summer studio has a large flat screen TV; day bed (single bed) plenty of games and DVDs. The second story has glass sliders to large ocean facing deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill; the living area has a fireplace, water views and is open to both the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped and has unobstructed ocean views. Primary bedroom (Queen) has direct access to bath with shower.  Surfside Beach Shack nearby has take out for beach picnics and dinners! Available Nightly Off Season from $1560-$2000/night with a 3 night minimum. Thanksgiving $8000/wk
