A deck spanning the length of the house is perfect for taking in the famous Madaket sunsets and water views. The first floor offers two ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds and beautiful modern bathrooms. The lower level acts as a bonus room for entertainment and extra sleeping space.

GUEST COTTAGE: The separate guest house includes a first-floor bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, smaller living space, and a separate laundry room as well as an additional half bathroom that leads to an outdoor shower. Upstairs is an open concept kitchen and living space.
