A deck spanning the length of the house is perfect for taking in the famous Madaket sunsets and water views. The first floor offers three bedrooms, two ensuite with king size beds and beautiful modern bathrooms. The lower level acts as a bonus room for entertainment and extra sleeping space.

GUEST COTTAGE: The separate guest house includes a first floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom, smaller living space and separate laundry room as well as an additional half bathroom that leads to an outdoor shower. Upstairs is an open concept kitchen and living space.

OUTDOOR AREA: The cabana is another entertainment area set up as an additional living room opening to the pergola, built-in grilling area, fire pit and heated pool.
