Lower Level: In 2019, the home was relocated on the lot to make way for the backyard transformation, allowing for the addition of a new foundation and walk-out lower level. Along with the renovation came fully upgraded utilities, including zoned HVAC for year-round comfort. With 9-foot ceilings and generous natural light, this level features a welcoming living area with a cozy sofa, lounge chairs, and a large TV—ideal for family movie nights. From here, a staircase leads directly to the backyard.
