Mark brings a unique perspective to his role as a sales agent at Maury People Sotheby's International Realty. For the past 26 years he and his wife Liz, started a successful Design/Build company on Nantucket called Norris Building Company. Mark’s expertise in working collaboratively with clients to create beautiful Island dream homes combined with his experience as the owner of a landscaping business and his keen insight in spotting a “diamond in the rough” provides Mark’s real estate clients with a true competitive differentiator as they search for the home that is just right for them.

When Mark isn’t working at his desk or at his Island Flagpoles company he is often seen on the water kiteboarding or wakeboarding with his son, Cooper. His adventurous spirit and zest for life occasionally takes him snowboarding on the slopes of Colorado, bareboating in the islands of the Caribbean, or exploring the towns of Europe with family and friends.

Originally from Tennessee, Mark is an active Freemason and a past Master of the Union Lodge, a contributing member of the Nantucket Anglers Club, and a past Deacon at the First Congregational Church and former board member of the Nantucket Shipwreck and Lifesaving Museum.
