A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business, Kara has a strong drive with an adventurous spirit and a passion to explore. After college, she set out on a solo journey through Europe. This experience not only broadened her perspective but also sparked an unexpected interest: real estate.

Returning from her travels, Kara began spending her summers on Nantucket, working at the beloved island restaurant, Oran Mor. It was during this time that she developed lasting relationships and fell in love with the unique charm and community of the island. After one summer, she moved back to Boston and decided she was ready to launch into her career. She quickly earned her Massachusetts Real Estate License and began working in apartment leasing in Boston.

When the opportunity arose to return to Nantucket, Kara embraced it wholeheartedly. Her familiarity with the island, paired with the meaningful connections she had built over the years, made it the perfect place to grow her career in real estate. Kara brings a well-rounded skill set to her role as an agent. Her time working in Boston refined her communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, while her service experience on Nantucket sharpened her interpersonal and management skills. Traveling taught her adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and how to connect with people from all walks of life—qualities that now enhance her approach to working with renters, buyers, and sellers alike.
