Overall, 2024 was another remarkable year for Nantucket real estate, marking the fourth-highest year on record in dollar volume. The Steamship Authority has announced their opening dates for summer auto reservations. Beginning Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 8:00 a.m to February 3, 2025, reservations for travel with an automobile to Nantucket from May 13, 2025, through October 21, 2025 may be made via the internet.
